We are open (officially) 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am until 1pm Saturdays. The website is obviously open to take orders 24/7, however fulfilment will depend on the opening times of the courier. But if you have an "equipment emergency" give it a go and we will do our best to help if we can!!

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied you can return items within 30 days as long as it is unused. When you enter your name and email to sign up to our newsletter, you will receive a code by email to enter in your cart or at checkout to receive 10% off your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over £100 to mainland UK. This will automatically be applied at checkout.

If the item you are ordering is in stock and you order before 2pm we will despatch the same day. We aim to get items to our customers as quickly as we can, we know it's no fun to wait! All orders are sent by tracked mail whether that is with the Royal Mail or DPD (usually depending on the size of the parcel or the selection at checkout).
