We want you to trust what you read on our website. Here’s how we make sure our reviews are fair, genuine and transparent:

  • Only customers who have bought from us or used our services can leave a review.

  • We do not allow fake reviews, reviews written by bots, or reviews paid for secretly.

Balanced & Honest

  • We show both positive and negative reviews — we don’t remove feedback just because it’s critical.

  • Star ratings are based only on real customer reviews, never adjusted by us.

Incentives & Transparency

  • If we ever offer an incentive (like a discount or prize draw) for leaving a review, this will be made clear both when you write the review and when others read it.

Fair Display

  • Reviews are shown in the order they were written or by relevance.

  • We don’t edit the wording of your review (except to remove personal details or offensive language).

Our Commitment

  • We follow UK consumer protection rules, including the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and guidance from the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
